According to Law no.133 of 08.07.2011 on the protection of personal data, national normative acts HG no.296 of 15.05.2012, art.74/1, 74/2, 74/3, 74/4, the Contravention Code of the Republic of Moldova for the Protection of Personal Data, personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Different pieces of information which, when combined, can lead to the identification of a specific person, also constitute personal data.

2. What data we collect and how we collect it

Data you submit via the forms available on this portal (during registration/authorization, product/service sign-up/reservation, newsletter/community/forum subscription, event participation organized by the Provider, return/refund requests/rights requests, warranty certificates/vouchers, and contest participation) in physical or digital format, through emails sent to us, or as a result of phone calls.

When you access our portal (www.petale.md), the web server automatically saves access logs containing the visitor's IP address, the web resource (document) accessed, as well as information about the operating system/browser used.
